Assigning Fulfilment Picks to Staff

1. Open Strokeone Fulfilments layout
   
   Desktop: Fulfilment>Fulfilment.
   ipad: Dashboard>Fulfilment.
   
2. Select the staff member to assign to in the Picked By drop-down

Instructing the Pick Method to be used

Within the fulfilment list layout in desktop Strokeone - the weight field can be used to contain brief narrative instructing the pick method

Using this weight field is a short term solution - a dedicated field should really be added - the current layout is very crowded so doesn't allow for much addition.

What is more likely needed is a dedicated layout for assessing fulfilments that would contain a subset of current fields, plus dedicated assessment field (pick method, grouping ID)

Grouping Fulfilments together for picking

1. In Strokeone Fulfilments layout,  select the first of the fulfilments you wish to group.
   
2. In the *Group Id* field enter a numeric identifier, e.g 01
   
3. Select the fulfilment you wish to add to this group, and repeat step 2
   
4. Repeat this steps, until the set of fulfilments you wish to group together have been updated with the same grouping id
   

Important: If you wish to have several sets of grouped fulfilments, ensure that each "group" of fulfilments has a unique grouping id
