Sending Out a Fulfilment.

Preparation

  1. Determine whether customer collect or TOT to send.
  2. If TOT to Send:
    1. Organise Courier.
    2. Record details.
    3. Record Courier Costs / Client Price.
  3. For both TOT to send and customer collect:
    1. Ensure all picking, admin, and courier costs recorded.
    2. Finalise the charges > Mark as ready to invoice.
    3. Ensure you process the sending of the fulfilment on ipad

When courier / customer arrives to collect

If Fulfilment is on a trolley in storage location.

  1. Relocate the location contents onto the trolley.
  2. If multiple fulfilments are on the trolley, ensure that the correct fulfilment only is given.
  3. For the corresponding electronic fulfilment reference, click Send once collected / courier taken.
  4. Collect the courier / customer signature and name via the ipad
  5. The record will be updated to a sent status - and the fulfilment debited from its previously recorded  storage location
  6. Delivery & Packing Notes will be created and made available to cport.
  7. If there are fulfilments remaining on the trolley - relocate the trolley back into a suitable storage location.

If Fulfilment is on a shelf.

  1. For the corresponding electronic fulfilment reference, click Send once collected / courier taken.
  2. Collect the courier / customer signature and name via the ipad
  3. The record will be updated to a sent status - and the fulfilment debited from its previously recorded  storage location
  4. Delivery & Packing Notes will be created and made available to cport.

Tips:

Strokeone can generate an email notifying a client that their items are ready for collection. This note contains a barcode which contains the fulfilment reference.
If the client brings this note with them at collection time, the barcode can be scanned to quickly access the fulfilment's electronic record and corresponding location
