Checking Procedures Dryer

Check the garment for scorching as it comes out of the dryer. Scoring arises if the dryer temperature is too hot.

Depending on the garment you might require paper to lay on the garment before heat pressing.

• White and light garments – require paper

• Black and dark garments – do not require paper

1. Pull the handle to slide the pallet out. Lay the garment flat on the pallet pretreated side up.
2. Lay paper on top of garment, slide the pallet back into the heatpress.
3. Press the button on the handle and the button at the same time to start the machine.
4. Pull the handle to slide the pallet out.
5. Take the garment off the pallet and place it on the packing table ready for printing.

When all checks have been completed.
