Pre-Treatment

Print the garment sheet for the required job on strokeone. The garment sheet/strokeone will tell you which part of the garment requires pre - treatment.

Before starting pre-treatment, check that the liquid tube is inside the precoating chemical bottle at the side of the machine.

Pre-treating a garment

  1. Pull the drawer out and line up the garment on the pretreatment machine pallet, so that the part of the garment that requires pretreatment is in place for the pretreatment. Flatten the garment and tuck the sleeves in or excess garment under the pallet to ensure it does not hang down.
  2. Press the required setting on the keypad Settings F1 – F5, left breast, right breast, full shirt of sleeve or set the machine to the size and area of the pretreatment required.
      1. White and light colour garments – Set the machine to the required print area.
      2. Black and dark colours set the machine to full print area. Dark garments always require full area because the pretreatment shows up on the garment.
  3. Slide the drawer into the machine and press the start button.
  4. The machine will display a tick when the garment is ready. Slide the drawer open, lift the garment off the pallet and place the garment flat on the dryer, pretreated side up, ensuring it does not touch the sides or get caught at the top as it enters the dryer.
