I'm thinking if you have a good idea of the duration of a run and that is exposed, in theory you can use that to allocate to a machine versus. its available capacity

needs more thought and probably belongs in prod management - but having  allocation / estimation logic might be very useful

Currently users evaluate a) confidence factor that stock will arrive and b) estimated print date

If a) High and b) <2 days - they manually update to Use Again - stencil set remove from press and stored in print shop

If a)<> High or  b) >2 days - they manually update to Wash - stencil set washed and filed for future availability

Would be nice enhancement to evaluate this for the user, present the information and offer them the recommendation of Use Again or Wash

5. update the associated SKU's  - DR expected CR available
6. ability to actualised produced Book into stock location

3. ability to relocate  stock location (Note this is not booking in)

Could we not do this a bit more intelligently by calculating estimated duration of non started jobs for machine / shift versus time left in shift

Needs more thought as to include current velocity to update estimated completion times etc

Could also think about having estimated total completion time per machine on a shift to ascertain where to allocate to

Thinking even more about this - monitoring machine run rate vs. baselines so can see where performance bottlenecks are occurring and take pre-emptive action

Bottom line trying to drive efficiency through real time velocity capture
