Reconciling

This list is a moving target as it  changes with the current status of production activity:-

• New jobs are continually raised
• Required sets are continually being made

This is the main reason why it is quicker to run calculate the number of screens (by mesh count) script on demand rather than try to do it dynamically.

Getting this list 100% in proof is very difficult, but good housekeeping will provide the user with the standard of accuracy required.

Good Housekeeping Practices

In summary - clean up redundant and erroneous records.

1.        Interrogate all records where the earliest process date is before today and not produced.

2.        Interrogate all records where the LOCATION is missing or clearly wrong.

3.        Interrogate all records with no DESIGN NUMBER assigned to them

4.        Undertake regular screen set stock checking on archive (including out for print)

Reconcile all screen set records that are out of proof.
