Tracking Collected Frames

Procedure

1. Open strokeone on an ipad.
   

2. From the ipad dashboard, click Screen Management, then Frame Collection
   

3. The Frame Collection layout opens, showing the current split pool broken down by Frame Size
   
   
   

4. Enter the quantities of each Frame size that are being collected in Select Amount for Collection
   

5. Once the supplier comers to collect the frames, click Proceed with Collection
   
   

6. Type the name of the person who is collecting the frames
   
   
   and capture their signature, and click accept.
   
   

7. The details of the collection are captured in the log
   
   

8. Note that the following accounting actions have occurred
   
   The In house total for that frame size has debited by the quantity collected (10)
   The collected total increases  by the quantity collected (10)
   
   

Note: You can open the Frame Collection log directly from the Frame Collection layout, by clicking Show all previous frame collections at the bottom of the layout.

A purchase order for re-stretches can now be raised against the number of frames that have been collected.
