Setting Locations to Priority Check
Overview
TOT has several thousand storage bays. Best practice is that these should be stock checked. However, given the quantity of locations and/or having locations of particular concern, having an ability to mark a location as a checking priority is needed.
This topic outlines how to set a location as a checking priority.
Process
- From the ipad dashboard select location check to open the corresponding layout.

- The stock location check layout opens in find mode.

- You need to retrieve the location record (s) you wish to mark as priority check
- If you are beside the bay in question, click View and scan its location barcode

- Alternatively, you can do a manual search for location by either specifying in the location field

- Or search for a series of bays - For example if you want to return all locations in Zone D, Row 1 enter Warehouse and Row with the "==" prefix to denote exact match.

and process the find.
- Matching Location records will be returned.
- For any location record you wish to mark as a priority check - click in the corresponding notes field and select Priority Check required
