In order that a consignment can be fast tracked it must meet eligibility criteria
Items must be blank garments
No other item types are eligible for fast tracking - they should just be cross referenced
The below are common criteria to meet, but working practice may alter these - so consult with your manager for others/ what current working practice dictates:
It is made up of single or low number outers where it is more efficient to process than separate.
The delivery is for high priority work.
When workload is low / there is not a “checking in” backlog
Any other circumstance where the checking in can be dealt with immediately.
The delivery must have a related hard copy packing note
It must be a simple bundle or carton check, and not consist of large volumes of mixed contents
The order must contain a valid reference that matches an existing Strokeone electronic purchase order record.
Blank garments that are intended for the webstore Print on Demand orders. These consignments are distinguished from the wholesale business by having a W prefix on the P/O Number
Once a decision has been made to fast track a consignment - it should
be physically moved to a dedicated fast track area.
